Co-founder. Over 30 years investment experience. Former Affiliations: William G. Campbell & Company (Campbell-Cowperthwait), several American Express Company subsidiaries, and a former principal of Hambrecht & Quist and Soundview Financial. He is also Chairman of the Wall Street Fund. Graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Post-graduate: Studies in Advanced Currency Theory at Dowling College, Adelphi-Suffolk University. Served as an officer in the U. S. Navy and is a trustee/director of various non-profit organizations. Research Specialties: growth stocks, especially in life sciences and technology, and fixed income securities.



Michael R. Linburn
Managing Director and Principal

Business Development and Compliance. Also Vice President of The Wall Street Fund. Joined Morse, Williams & Co. in 1992. Over 35 years investment and corporate and real estate finance experience. Former Affiliations: The National Housing Partnership, Angeles Corporation, The Balcor Company, Oppenheimer Properties and Shearson Hammill & Co., Incorporated. Graduated cum laude from Yale University. Post-graduate: MBA from the Harvard Business School and studies in Taxation and Real Estate at New York University. Served as an officer in the U. S. Army. Research Specialties:REITS and retail stocks.


Jian H. Wang
Senior Trader, Analyst and Principal

Joined Morse, Williams & Co. in 1993. Over 12 years investment experience. Former Affiliations: Options trading for several investors, Siemens PC Division (Shanghai), Tung-Ji University - Mechanical Engineering Department (Shanghai). Graduated from Long Island University. Post-graduate: MBA in Finance from the New York Institute of Technology.


James L. Farrell, Jr.
Consulting Analyst and Principal

Portfolio Adviser. Chartered Financial Analyst. Over 30 years investment and portfolio management experience. Previously, Chairman, Farrell - S.L. Investment Management, Inc. (a subsidiary of Sumitomo Life Insurance Company), Chairman, Farrell - Wako Global Investment, and Chairman, MPT Associates. Formerly with Citibank N.A. and College Retirement Equities Fund (CREF). Former outside Director, Eastern Airlines Pilots Association. Currently Chairman of the Institute for Quantitative Research in Finance (Q Group). Author of Portfolio Management -Theory and Application. Dr. Farrell pioneered the concept of Alpha for the systematic approach to stock selection. B.S. degree, University of Notre Dame, M.B.A., University of Pennsylvania, and Ph.D. degree, New York University. Dr. Farrell has also served as a trustee of the American Association of Investment and Research (A.I.M.R.).

Graduated from New York University's two year Certificate Program in Human Resources.

Technical Analyst. Joined Morse, Williams & Co. in 1986. Over 45 years investment experience. Former Affiliations: Neuberger & Berman, CNA Management Co., and Knickerbocker Shares Inc.; officer, director and/or manager of six mutual funds, including the Knickerbocker Growth Fund, the Knickerbocker Income Fund, and the Manhattan Fund. Graduated from Princeton University. Post-graduate: Studies in Finance at New York University. Served as an officer in the U. S. Army.
